Course menu

◆ Appetizer: Yuba Caprese with Tosa vinegar jelly and Japanese-style pesto sauce

◆Dinner: Prosciutto and persimmon salad with homemade vinaigrette sauce

Bowl: Japanese-style pumpkin potage made with soy milk and white miso

◆ Hassun (seaweed) Shinada roll, Matsutake mushroom, sweet potato, squid liver dressing

◆Assortment of four kinds of seasonal fish

◆ Cooked yuba and raw gluten

◆ Main dish: Tempura (flatfish, eggplant, shishito pepper)
